Window Treatment Installer
Join our installation team and deliver premium window treatments to homeowners across the Treasure Valley. You'll be the face of Boise Blinds on every job site — ensuring every shade, blind, and shutter is installed to perfection.
What You'll Do
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and exterior shade systems in residential and commercial settings
- Measure windows with precision and verify specifications before installation
- Operate power tools and work safely on ladders and scaffolding
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
What We're Looking For
- Experience in window treatment installation, construction, or related trades preferred
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
What We Offer
In-Home Sales Consultant
Help homeowners transform their spaces with premium window treatments. As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, present product options, and guide customers through the design process — from fabric selection to motorization.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners across the Treasure Valley
- Present and demonstrate window treatment options from Hunter Douglas, Lutron, Norman, MagnaTrack, and more
- Take precise measurements and prepare accurate quotes
- Build relationships with customers and generate referrals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred — home improvement, interior design, or related field a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology for quoting and CRM
- Genuine interest in home design and customer service
